ZONING HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Shrewsbury Borough, York County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at 35 West Railroad Avenue, on the following application:
ZHB #2025-2 M & G Realty (Rutter’s) and MGM Dance Studio LLC/Rutter Properties, LP, Application for a special exception from Sections 206, 407, 608 and 610 of the Zoning Ordinance for expansion or alteration of a non-conforming use to include 241 North Main Street and 249 North Main Street. Properties are zoned Commercial. Present use is convenience store with fueling and dance studio. Proposed use is to demolish both existing buildings and build a new convenience store with fueling using both parcels.
The Shrewsbury Borough Planning Commission will review the application at its Monday, October 27, 2025 meeting at 7:00 p.m. at 35 West Railroad Avenue, Shrewsbury.
Interested members of the public may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard. Application may be examined at the Municipal Building, 35 W. Railroad Avenue, Shrewsbury.
