PUBLIC NOTICE OF SESSION
BEFORE THE ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Township, Lebanon County will meet in public session Tuesday, November 4, 2025 to hear Cases 19-2025 and 20-2025.
Case 19-2025 - The petitioner, Melissa A. Seibert, will appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board for the following Variance(s) of Section 27-623 for the following items 1) Maximum building coverage, 2) Front yard setback, 3) Side yard setback and 4) rear yard setback for an addition, porch and deck to the existing dwelling located on the property at 152 Laurel Drive Tax ID# 19-2329425-420720-0000 in the R-R Rural Residential Zoning District.
Case 20-2025 – The petitioner, Bell & Evans Realty, LLC, will appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board for variances or other applicable relief of the following sections (1) Section 27-1803.A. to permit an LED changing display billboard wall sign (2) Section 27-1803.C. to allow the highest part of the wall sign to be more than 35’ above the ground and (3) Section 27-1805.1 to allow multi-part wall signage, extending more than 3’ above parapet wall on the parcel located at 2929 State Route 22, Tax ID #19-2342676-409667-0000 in the C-2 Highway Commercial Zoning District.
The hearings will begin at 6:00PM. These hearings will be held at the Bethel Township Municipal Building, 3015 S. Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg, PA.
