The storm water discharge will be from the construction of the Ingersoll Avenue Improvements, from 31st Street to 35th Street, Activity ID 04-2025-002. located in SW ¼ Sec. 6, T78N, R24W, Polk County Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source and will be discharged to the following stream: Des Moines River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA, 50319- 0034.
