NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2405-MF-000738 wherein U.S. Bank National Association was Plaintiff, and Indy Needhamer and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Security Center Bldg., 1420 I St., Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
Lot Number 25 in Norton's Replat of Norton's Addition to the City of Bedford, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded June 14, 1892 in Plat Book 1, page 12, in the Office of the Recorder of Lawrence County, Indiana. EXCEPT that part as conveyed to the City of Bedford, Indiana by Warranty Deed recorded April 19, 1994 as Instrument No. 94 3026 in Deed Record 248, page 247, described as follows: A part of Lot 25 in Norton's Replat of Norton's Addition to the City of Bedford, the plat of which is recorded June 14, 1892 in Plat Book 1, page 12, in the Office of the Recorder of Lawrence County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said lot; thence North 22 degrees 46 minutes 28 seconds West 60.00 feet along the Southwestern line of said lot to the Northwest corner of said lot; thence North 68 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds East 4.00 feet along the Northern line of said lot; thence South 25 degrees 00 minutes 06 seconds East 60.08 feet to the Southern line of said lot; thence South 68 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds West 6.34 feet along said Southern line to the point of beginning and containing 310 square feet, more or less.
