The meeting was called to order by Board President Schneider at 6:00 p.m.
Public notice of the meeting was given in accordance with Wisconsin's Open Meeting Law contained in the Wisconsin Statutes, Subchapter V of Chapter 19.
Present: Schneider, Ziemer, Van Aacken (virtual), Castillo, Lodzinski, Schaffner, Excused: Streblow
Motion by Ziemer, seconded by Schaffner, resolved to approve the agenda. Voice vote. Motion carried.
The Board participated in an overview and discussion regarding Hamilton School District budgeting and financial planning. This was an informational item. No action was taken.
Motion by Lodzinski, seconded by Ziemer, moved to modify the order of business such that the roll call vote is before the Pledge of Allegiance. Voice vote. Motion carried.
Motion by Lodzinski, seconded by Castillo, resolved to adjourn the meeting. Voice vote. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
