NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered on July 2, 2025, in Case No. 05-2024-CA-0513350-XXCA-BC, and the subsequent Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, of the Circuit Court in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein JESSICA C. CASSELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA C. CASSELL, JOSHUA W. CASSELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA W. CASSELL, KEYS TO YOUR CASSELL LLC, a Florida limited liability company, CFG MERCHANT SOLUTIONS LLC, FIRST CORPORATE SOLUTIONS, CITY OF PALM BAY, SUPERIOR ONE ROOFING, INC.
