NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Re-Open Case and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 27, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 000763, of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for FLAGLER County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS8 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHRISTY LANG A/K/A CHRISTY C.
