Laviolette to World Savings Bank, FSB, dated November 30, 2006 and recorded in Worcester County (Worcester District) Registry of Deeds in Book 40285, Page 341 (the “Mortgage”), as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated January 4, 2023, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 68855, Page 348 of which mortgage Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Southwest, N.A. F/K/A Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B.
