Brightview Project LEGAL NOTICE Town of Norwell Public Hearing Notice   On Wednesday, November 12, 2025,under GL c.40A, §11, the Norwell Planning Board will open a public hearing at Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Norwell, MA 02061 in Room 220, regarding the October 15, 2025 application by Brightview Senior Living, LLC, to modify the May 15, 2025 Senior Housing Community Special Permit issued under Norwell Zoning Bylaw §201-28 and recorded at Plymouth Registry Book 60039, Page 68 for @12.13 acres of land owned by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston and known as 0 Washington St. (Assessing No.12C-25-67), 367 Washington St.(12D-26-001) and 383 Washington St. (12D-26-003), in order to increase the allowed number of senior housing dwelling units from 174 units to 179 units.   A copy of the application and related submissions are on file with the Norwell Planning Office (93 Longwater Circle, Norwell, MA) and may be viewed during Planning Office business hours.   By: Norwell Planning Board Chair Brian M.
