SOUTHBRIDGE PLANNING BOARD & SPECIAL PERMIT GRANTING AUTHORITY   PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   In accordance with the provisions of MGL Ch. 40A, §11, the Southbridge Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 6:45 PM in the G.A.R. Hall, lower level, Town Hall, 41 Elm St, Southbridge, MA. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the special permit application, as filed by Zachary May, to allow for a commercial recreation use, per Table 1 Schedule of Uses of the Southbridge Zoning Bylaw, located at 327 Hamilton St; Map 34; Lot 26 (Tasse Properties LLC, owner). The application and plan are on file for review during normal business hours with the Town Clerk. This notice is also published electronically on www.telegram.com and on masspublicnotices.org.
