LEGAL NOTICE   NEW JERSEY SCHOOL NUTRITION PROGRAMS   Food Service Management Company (FSMC) Registration for School Year 2026 - 2027   Notice is hereby given to interested FSMCs that pre-registration forms are now available for the 2026-2027 school year in order to enter into contracts for the provision of school food services in the State of New Jersey. Interested parties must contact the Division of Food and Nutrition at DFNContracts@ag.nj.gov by December 1, 2025 to receive pre-registration materials.   Registration documents will be provided to interested parties that have completed the pre-registration forms. Failure to submit the required registration documents by the State Agency deadline will result in the inability of the FSMC to execute contracts with school districts participating in the federally funded School Nutrition Programs for the 2026-2027 school year. 10/22, 10/23, 10/24/2025 ($49.14)
