Crawford County Office Building, 60 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York, 13902-1766, telephone (607) 778-2188, up to and including 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the Conference Room, on the Fourth Floor of the Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building in the Government Plaza, for the following: GENERAL INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIRS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS COUNTY OF BROOME STATE OF NEW YORK RFB 2025-071 Deposit Required: Each Proposal must be made upon the forms provided by the County and shall be accompanied by a deposit of $35,000. Said deposit shall be made payable to the Broome County Director of OMB and shall be considered a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the Contract with the County if it is awarded to him/her. Minimum Wage Rates shall be as determined by the New York State Department of Labor.
