NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Warrington Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania will consider the Conditional Use Application of Fireman’s Hall Corp. at a hearing to be held on November 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Warrington Township Municipal Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976. The Applicant is seeking Conditional Use Approval to allow the Applicant to use the building located at 2099 Maple Avenue, Warrington Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania as an assembly hall in addition to the use of the building as an office. The Conditional Use is premised upon the provisions of the Conditional Use requirements set forth in the Warrington Township Zoning Ordinance, identified in Ordinance No. 85-2, as amended. The property is located at 2099 Maple Avenue, Warrington Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and is identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel #50-032-038. The property is zoned BZ-Business Zone. A copy of the Conditional Use Application is available to any interested party for inspection and or securing a copy at a nominal cost at the Warrington Township Municipal Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976 during normal business hours.
