NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Warrington Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania will consider the Conditional Use Application of Flagship Pennsylvania Propco, LLC at a hearing to be held on November 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Warrington Township Municipal Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976. The Applicant is seeking Conditional Use Approval to allow the expansion and modernization of a previously approved and existing car wash use located at 1303 and 1329 Easton Road, Warrington Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Conditional Use is premised upon the provisions of the Conditional Use requirements set forth in the Warrington Township Zoning Ordinance, identified in Ordinance No. 370-424.B(2), as amended. The properties are located at 1303 and 1329 Easton Road, Warrington Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and are identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel Nos. 50-029-007 and 50-029-008. The properties are zoned WV – Warrington Village District. A copy of the Conditional Use Application is available to any interested party for inspection and or securing a copy at a nominal cost at the Warrington Township Municipal Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976 during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in this hearing.
