PIN: 168 399 906# MEETING MINUTES I. President Kumhala called the Special Board Meeting to order at 4:31 p.m. II. Pledge of Allegiance. III. Present: Good, Kumhala, Routheau, Thompson, Trepanier. Absent: Christensen, Christopherson, Trepanier. Administration: Emily Miller, Superintendent. IV. Public Comments. None. V. Discussion/Possible Action: A. Estimate to complete exterior painting of roof, hoods over windows, doors, and flashing at Oconto High School in Fall of 2025. Motion was made by Routheau; seconded by Good to approve the estimate of $23,250 from Cains Cutting Edge, LLC, to complete the exterior painting of the roof, hoods over windows, doors, and flashing at Oconto High School. Motion carried unanimously via roll call vote. B. Review estimates to paint the exterior of the auto shop and track storage building at Oconto High School in the Spring of 2026. Reviewed the estimates and discussed these projects. VI. Adjourn. Motion was made by Thompson; seconded by Routheau to adjourn the Special Board Meeting of October 14, 2025.
