PUBLIC NOTICE OF PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION & PRIVATE PROPERTY VEHICLES Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has lawfully established a Private Membership Association (PMA) operating in the private domain under the rights secured by the United States Constitution and the Constitution of the State of New Jersey. All vehicles currently owned, operated, or otherwise under the use and control of this PMA and its members,including but not limited to a 2012 Mercedes Benz(White), as well as any vehicles acquired in the future, are declared to be private property. These vehicles are not engaged in commerce or for-hire transportation and therefore are not intended to be treated as commercial motor vehicles.Said vehicles may bear private property identification plates issued by the PMA for internal and private identification only. These plates are private property markers and are not government registration plates.Any interference with the peaceful, non-commercial use of said vehicles, without a valid claim of harm, injury, or lawful authority, will be regarded as an unauthorized trespass against the private property rights of the PMA and its members.This notice applies to all present and future vehicles under PMA control.
