Whereas, on 1/23/2015, Deon Devel Coleman And Lakisha Coleman,, Husband And Wife, executed a certain deed of trust to Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, its successors and assigns, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, State of Mississippi as Instrument No 1483677, and in Book 7173, Page 1711; and Whereas, said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned Freedom Mortgage Corporation and recorded 10/6/2022 as Instrument No. 1819724, Book 7285, Page 8588; and Whereas, Freedom Mortgage Corporation has heretofore substituted Nestor Solutions, LLC, as Trustee by Instrument recorded on 10/16/2025 in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office as Instrument No. 1931506, Book 7325, Page 4793 and Whereas, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale. Now, Therefore, Nestor Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on 11/21/2025 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the County Courthouse of Hinds County, Mississippi, located at North Front Door of the Hinds County Courthouse (1st Judicial District), 407 East Pascagoula Street, Jackson, MS 39201, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in the First Judicial District of Hinds County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 139, Byramdale Estates Subdivision, PT. 2B, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, at Jackson, Mississippi in Plat Book 41 at Page 19, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
