Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Lake of Ashland County, Ohio, passed on the 19 day of May, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4 day of November, 2025 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Lake Township for the purpose of current expenses Tax being a renewal of a tax of 0.5 mill at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to  $8 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years The estimated annual collections of this levy is $6,850.
