Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Perry of Ashland County, Ohio, passed on the 1 day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4 day of November, 2025 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Perry Township for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads and bridges Tax being a renewal of a tax of 2 mills at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to  $38 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years The estimated annual collections of this levy is $99,600.
