ALBANS TOWNSHIP AND THE VILLAGE OF ALEXANDRIA LICKING COUNTY, OHIO Notice is hereby given pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 5 709.45 et seq. that a petition has been filed proposing the merger of St. Albans Township and the Village of Alexandria, Licking County, Ohio. The Merger Conditions outline the terms, governance, and effective date for combining all assets, liabilities, and responsibilities of both jurisdictions into one political subdivision. The merger question will appear on the ballot at the next general election on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
