A total of 32 Roadside Units (RSUs), three (3) Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), thirteen (13) Camera Surveillance Systems (CSS), and Five (5) Wrong-Way Detection System (WWDS) locations will be installed, along with existing equipment   Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L 1975, c. 127); N.J.A.C. 17:27.   Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.19, contractors must provide a Certification and Disclosure of Political Contribution Form prior to contract award.   Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, contractor must submit the Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue Business Registration of the contractor and any named subcontractors prior to contract award or authorization.   Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.51, contractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Wage and Hour Compliance at the time of bid.   Plans, specifications, and bidding information for the proposed work are available at Bid Express website www.bidx.com.
