 The premises described in the mortgage from Richard D. Roberti dated October 29, 2022 and recorded in the Johnston Land Evidence Records at Book 3143, Page 157, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on November 13, 2025 at 12:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in the mortgage, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken. 
 The property will be auctioned subject to a prior mortgage recorded in Said Land Evidence Records Book 2027, Page 158, and a prior mortgage recorded in Said Land Evidence Records in Book 2849, Page 39. 
 $5,000.00 certified or bank check is required to bid. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
