TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem 2049 Clark St., Augusta, Georgia 30904
(Tax Parcel 027-3-040-00-0), as follows, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 027-3-040-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being a portion of Lot 61, Block 6, shown in Realty Book 7-F, Page 31, described in Deed Book 1287, Page 1922, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2049 Clark Street.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 19th day of December, 2025, or 30 days from service of notice.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of May, 2023 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1888, Page 2096.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 19th day of December, 2025, or 30 days from service of notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: David A.
