Advertisement for Bids FOR LEASE FOR HUNTING PURPOSES Sealed bids will be received by the Iberville Parish School Board, 58060 Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, Louisiana 70764, until 2:00 p.m. November 24th, 2025, for a twentyfour (24) month lease beginning on December 15th, 2025, and ending on December 14th, 2027, for a lease for hunting purposes only of the following described property in Iberville Parish, Louisiana: Section 16, T.10S. R.10E in Iberville Parish, Louisiana, containing 10.50 acres more or less. Complete bid documents, including the Bid Specifications/Instructions and Bid Proposal Form, may be obtained from the Iberville Parish School Board, 58060 Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, Louisiana 70764. As required by La. R.S. 17:87.8, all bids submitted must be accompanied by a payment equal in sum to one year’s rent or lease amount. The payment must be in the form of either a cash payment, certified check, cashier’s check, teller’s check, or an official check issued by a bank.
