SUBUSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on March 24, 2017, James G. Harris and Shannon Harris, adult resident citizens of Raymond, Hinds County, Mississippi, executed a Deed of Trust to Jack G. Moss, as Trustee for Merchants and Planters Bank, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 638 at Page 5697 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, by Substitution of Trustee dated September 15, 2025, and recorded in Book 649 at Page 3171 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Raymond, Mississippi, Merchants and Planters Bank, the holder of the above described deed of trust and the note secured thereby, as authorized by the terms thereof, substituted Joe S. Deaton, III, as Trustee for the benefit of Merchants & Planters Bank in the place and stead of the said James G.
