APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94721 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of September 2025 WSR Land, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.0166 c.f.s., 4.32 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 55605, Certificate 14070. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 13, T24N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 13 bears N 10 degrees 55 minutes 24 seconds E, a distance of 748.9 feet (approx. 10.5 miles W of Sutcliffe, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 16, T22N, R21E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 16 bears S 10 degrees 56 minutes 12 seconds W, a distance of 4,079.29 feet.
