Proposals via PlanetBids will be received by the City of Reno until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2025, for Contract Number F100146.
Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include:
The saw cutting of the outline of the patch area, removing temporary patches and a portion of the base material, as necessary, or as ordered from prior utility cuts, compacting base material within the trench to the bottom elevation of the permanent A.C. patch, tacking the edges of the cuts, locating and raising of manholes, vaults, water or gas valves, and survey monuments, removal and reconstruction of vehicle detection loops, placing and compacting A.C. pavement material within the limits of the area prepared and repainting of pavement markings and striping, along with all other appurtenant work necessary to complete the work specified. In some instances, removal of the existing asphalt pavement by milling to a two inch depth in the vicinity of the patch area and subsequent overlay repaving will be required.
The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165, enacted by the Nevada Legislature by passage of Senate Bill No. 207, setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.

Only those bidders who have registered as a vendor and are included in and appear on the prospective bidders list may submit a bid.
