WS90400092 STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS ARE DUE: Friday, November 14, 2025 AT 12:00 pm *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the LIFT STATION 58 REFURBISHMENT Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. Project will consist of construction for a new 0.66-mgd lift station. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $5.6 million. A Small Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction. Pre-Submittal Meeting A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 200 W. Washington, Phoenix City Hall, 9th Floor Training Room AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting.
