Scope of Work
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the LIFT STATION 58 REFURBISHMENT Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. Project will consist of construction for a new 0.66-mgd lift station. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $5.6 million.
A Small Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction.
Pre-Submittal Meeting
A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 200 W. Washington, Phoenix City Hall, 9th Floor Training Room AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist.

On Thursday, October 23, 2025 the Request for Qualifications packet may be downloaded from the Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix
Firms receiving a copy of the Request for Qualifications through any other means are strongly encouraged to download the RFQ from the City webpage above.
Firms must be registered in eProcurement https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
