ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing the LIFT STATION 4P IMPROVEMENTS Bid No. 2026-04 for the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Ormond Beach, Florida, until December 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EST at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room located in the breezeway between City Hall and the Public Library. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened. The work consists of: Convert an existing wet pit/dry pit sewage lift station to a submersible lift station by removing all the block and frame construction, and a portion of the cast-in-place concrete construction; removing all equipment and material from within the generator room; the HVAC equipment room; all piping material/equipment from within the dry pit pump area; all electrical equipment from within the electrical room; installing Owner-supplied new submersible pumps in the wet well; site improvements and restoration. The work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual.
