PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Bordentown City Planning Board at a public hearing held on July 7, 2025 granted to Cira Property 2, LLC "D" Use Variance and "C" Bulk Variance relief to permit the continued use of an existing three story mixed use building for two residential units and two commercial units where only one residential unit is permitted in the LC Zoning District.  The subject property is located at 105 Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown City, NJ 08505, further identified as Block 1004, Lot 19 on the City of Bordentown Tax Map.
The approving resolution was memorialized on September 2, 2025.  The resolution and all relevant data are on file with the City of Bordentown Planning Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at 101 E. Park Street, Bordentown, NJ 08505.
