NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, November 12, 2025, beginning no earlier than 6:30 pm in the Brewster Town Office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following application will be heard:
Case No. PB2025-13: Owner/Applicant North Conway LLC, Donald Dunham and Berthold deMartin, Managers, has applied for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review under Brewster Zoning Bylaw Article IX, Article X, and Article XII, for a Building and Construction Trades Shop or Garage use, (1) accessory commercial dwelling unit, and (1) security dwelling at 67 Thad Ellis Road, shown on Tax Map 89 Parcel 33, located within the Commercial High Density (C-H) Zoning District. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the requested approvals.
The application is available for viewing in the Planning Office at Town Hall Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or Friday by appointment. Public comments will be accepted at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to brewplan@brewster-ma.gov.
