INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the Eastern York High School HVAC Pump and Piping Upgrades for Eastern York School District will be received at the Administration Center in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 AM on November 12, 2025, at the Administration Center, 120 South Third Street, Wrightsville, PA 17368 and shall be opened, and publicly read immediately thereafter. No Bid may be withdrawn for period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of Bids, except as provided by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, as amended. Electronic Bid Documents may be secured by bona-fide bidders on or after October 23, 2025, through Moore Engineering Company. All Bidders are required to obtain Bid Documents from Moore Engineering Company, or their bids can be rejected. Please call Moore Engineering Company (717-285-3141) to obtain the Bid Documents. The Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's or treasurer's check, or bid bond payable to Eastern York School District in an amount no less than ten (10%) percent of the bid price and shall be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall furnish performance and payment bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, which bonds shall be provided in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, P.L. 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Acts. The Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularity, mistake, omission or informality, and to award the base bid and any combination of alternates, or no alternates, which deems to be in the best interests of the School District.
