
Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, November 10th, 2025, in the Council Chamber, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California, to hear a request by Durban Development to build a Take 5 Oil Change at 1145 East Prosperity Avenue (APN 171-310-015). The proposed location is zoned (C-3) Retail Commercial. The meeting is open to the public, and any person present will have the opportunity to be heard.
This application has been filed under the provisions of Chapter 10.80 of Title 10 of Tulare City Code.
The Community Development Department determined that this project is exempt pursuant to Section 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended.
If you challenge the proposed project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Tulare at, or prior to, the public hearing.
