PUBLIC NOTICE   Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the Computation and Canvassing of the returns of votes cast for the Tuesday, November 4, General Municipal/Special Election will take place at 2555 Lexington Road, Athens, GA, beginning at 7:00 p.m.   Canvassing will continue November 5, beginning at 10:00 am at the Elections Department office, 155 E. Washington Street, Athens, GA.   The Canvassing and Computation process includes reconciling Provisional Ballots as provided in Code Sections 21-2-418 and 21-2-419, guaranteeing that all ballots have been counted and tabulated and absentee ballots as provided in subparagraph (a) (1) (G) of Code section 21-2-386 from day-to-day are included in the final vote until completed.   Canvassing and Computation is open to the public.   Published this 26th day of October 2025
