Invitation to Bid Notice is hereby given that the City of Quincy Florida invites qualified firms to submit a bid to perform the following: CITY OF QUINCY- CDBG IMPROVEMENTS The purpose of this project is: Improvements at Andy Gay Park including a pavilion, sidewalks, site lighting, landscaping and architectural features. Improve a section of Washington Street between Adams and Madison Street including new roadway pavers, new ADA parking, landscape parklets at the intersections, sidewalk repair/replacement, water and electric services and bench surround tree planters. Improvements along Adams Street, Madison Street and Jefferson Street to include sidewalk repair/replacement, ADA parking spaces, bench surround tree planters, light pole restoration. Other various improvements as shown in the project plans. The project is to be reimbursed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant M0054, through the Florida Department of Commerce. Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance by the selected contractor to the guidelines set forth by HUD and Florida Commerce. Respondents shall comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements within this ITB.
