The City of Oxnard Housing Authority (“OHA”) is soliciting proposals for TWO (2) different Service Providers. OHA is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed automotive service providers. The successful company will be responsible for maintaining approximately 17 vehicles in reliable condition, and perform authorized repairs as needed to the vehicle(s). Additionally, OHA is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed HVAC maintenance service providers. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining the heating and cooling systems at the Authority’s four administrative office buildings; a multi-purpose service center, two (2) high-rise senior residential buildings; and a community center.
