The Defendants, Pat Thompson, James Wofford, Estate of James Wofford, Terry Sallee a/k/a Terry Salee, Estate of Terry Sallee a/k/a Estate of Terry Lee Salee, Hunter Sallee, Bill R Cooper, Estate of Bill R Cooper, Rosa Cooper, Estate of Rosa Cooper, Joel E Cooper, James Cooper, Kevin Cooper, Michael D Rhea, David Cooper, and Occupants of 4921 Homeplace Acres Dr, Van Buren, AR 72956; and any person, entity, or organization claiming any right, title, interest or ownership or claim in and to the properties that are the subject of this action are hereby warned to appear in this Court within thirty (30) days and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Northwoods Properties, LLC; and, upon failure of Defendants to do so, the Complaint filed herein will be deemed to be admitted. Properties that are the subject of this action are:
Part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 3, Township 10 North, Range 31 West, Crawford County, Arkansas, More Particularly Described as Follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Said Section; Thence West 1286.00 Feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence Continue West 258.95 Feet; Thence South 504.64 Feet; Thence East 258.95 Feet; Thence North 504.64 Feet to the Point of Beginning, Being Tract 3 on a Survey by B&J Surveying Filed of Record February 5, 1990 in Survey Drawer “X” at Page 44-A. Parcel 001-09167-000.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 9 North of the Southeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; Thence West 40 Rods; Thence North 10 Rods; Thence East 40 Rods; Thence South 10 Rods to the point of beginning. Parcel 001-04687-000.
A part of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 32, Township 10 North, Range 32 West, Crawford County, Arkansas, being Lot 16, Homeplace Acres Subdivision containing 1.22 acres more or less, subject to all right of ways and easements of record less and except all mineral rights. Parcel 280-00017-000.
