NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TOWN OF WHITESTOWN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board for the Town of Whitestown at Whitestown Town Hall, at 8539 Clark Mills Road, Whitesboro, New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of November, 2025 at 6:40 p.m., regarding a proposed local law to be adopted pursuant to subdivision 5 of the General Municipal Law, § 3-c so as to permit the Town Board to adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2026 in excess of the "tax levy limit" as defined by General Municipal Law§ 3-c. A copy of the local law is on file in the office of the Town Clerk for the Town of Whitestown where the same is available for public inspection during regular office hours.
