DELINQUENT MANUFACTURED OR MOBILE HOME TAX NOTICE   As prescribed by section 4503.06 of the Ohio Revised Code, I hereby give notice of the forthcoming publication in this newspaper of the Delinquent Tax List of Manufactured or Mobile Homes in Guernsey County on November 11, 2025, with the second publication being available one week after the newspaper publication on our website for two weeks at auditor.guernseycounty.gov. Please be advised that interest of 1.25% accrues on outstanding taxes effective December 1, 2025. Taxpayers may enter into a written contract with the County Treasurer to pay Delinquent Taxes. No interest would accrue during the time that a valid contract is in force. The Guernsey County Treasurer’s Office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday to accept payments on Delinquent Taxes.
