INVITATION FOR BID PUBLIC NOTICE Housing Authority of the Township of Woodbridge Greiner Towers Parking Lot Resurfacing and Miscellaneous Repairs   The Housing Authority of the Township of Woodbridge (Authority) will receive sealed bids for the repaving of the parking lot at Greiner Towers located at 460 Inman Avenue in Colonia, NJ as per the Technical Specifications and Drawings included in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on November 13, 2025 at the Authority offices, 800B Bunns Lane, Woodbridge, NJ 07095, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-bid meetings shall be by appointment only, and/or prospective bidders may visit the outside of the buildings on their own. Bidding documents including the Technical Specifications may be obtained at no cost from the Authority website at www.WoodbridgeHousingAuthority.org. Bidders must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue and with the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Public Works contractor at the time the bids are received.
