NOTICE OF DETERMINATION AND OF EXECUTION OF SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE      Notice is hereby given that the New Prairie United School Corporation (the "School Corporation") has determined to enter into a Seventh Amendment to Lease to the Lease Agreement originally dated as of August 13, 1993, between the School Corporation and the New Prairie United School Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation").    Notice is also hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the School Corporation executed the Seventh Amendment to Lease on October 21, 2025. The Lease Agreement, as amended, covers portions of the New Prairie High School located at 5333 North Cougar Road, New Carlisle, Indiana. A copy of the Seventh Amendment to Lease is on file in the Administration Building, 5327 North Cougar Road, New Carlisle, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
