NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated October 24, 2025, entered in Civil Action CASE NUMBER: 2025-CA-000730, Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein KURT E. CHANA, is the Plaintiff, and ANDREA SHAYE MORGAN, a single person, THE PRESIDENT OF PALM BEACH–A CONDOMINIUM, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, and NEWMAN WINDOWS & DOORS, INC., a Florida corporation; and all unknown parties claiming by, through or under or against the above-named persons, who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses or other claimants, are named parties and named defendants, I, Mike Caruso, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder, or bidders, for cash, at sale on public sale on December 8, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at https://www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com/. in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, to-wit:
