The premises described in the mortgage will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on November 20, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage made by Richard DuBois and Jessica DuBois, dated October 12, 2007 and recorded with the Town of South Kingstown Land Evidence Records at Book 1299, Page 646, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded on November 9, 2025, and recorded with said Land Evidence Records at Book 1592, Page 522, as further affected by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded on September 22, 2023, and recorded with said Land Evidence Records at Book 1865, Page 773, the conditions of the mortgage having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE
A deposit of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($10,000.00) in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer’s check, or money order will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered. The Mortgagee shall not be required to pay the deposit to bid. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
