BY-LAW APPROVAL LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HOLLISTON NOTICE OF BY-LAW APPROVAL   In accordance with MGL Chapter 40, Section 32, the Town Clerk hereby notifies the Town of Holliston its approval from the Attorney General’s Office of changes to the Town By-Laws that were voted at the Annual Town Meeting commencing May 7, 2025, as follows: General By-Laws Warrant Article 5, by eliminating the Town Personnel Board; Warrant Article 28, change from Town Administrator to Town Manager; Warrant Article 29, replacing Art. XXIV, Sec. 10 Demolition Delay; Warrant Article 30, Establish Demolition Delay / Historical Preservation Revolving Fund. Zoning By-Laws Warrant Article 31, amend Sec. V-J, Flood Plain Regulations.
