LEGAL NOTICE The Penn Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM to consider requests for special exceptions, variances and appeals from provisions set forth in the Penn Township Zoning Ordinance No. 623 presented by persons enumerated below. The hearings are held in the Penn Township Municipal Building, 20 Wayne Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331. All persons are invited to attend and be heard. The following cases will be heard: ZHB25-08 – Rodgers, Daniel, 7978 Woodland Drive, Hanover, PA 17331. The applicant is requesting a special exception to Section 203.2 (Use Regulation) and Section 311 (Street Access) in order to construct a single-family dwelling with in-law quarters on a lot that does not directly abut a public street. The property is located at Beck Mill Road, Hanover, PA 17331 in the R-15 Zone.
