NOTICE City of Avondale Request for Proposal HR 26-016 ONSITE SECURE DRUG DISPOSAL Notice is hereby given that the City of Avondale is issuing this Request for Proposals seeking proposals (“RFP”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing Onsite Secure Drug Disposal. A non-mandatory Pre-submittal Conference and site visit will be held at City of Avondale Main Police Station, 11485 W. Civic Center Drive, Avondale, AZ 85323 at 2:00 pm. All questions must be in writing and are due no later than December 2, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. Responses must be received by 8:30 a.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on December 18, 2025, and must be submitted online through OpenGov, only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting RFP responses through the OpenGov Website address: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/avondaleaz. RFP responses will only be accepted online.
