To: Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey C. Davis, if any, Name Unknown, you will take notice that on August 14, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2025CV01805, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of the unpaid principal balance of $73,887.24, plus interest at 12.250% from August 1, 2024, and as may be subsequently adjusted pursuant to the terms of the Note, plus late charges and fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 7001 Middlebranch Ave NE, Canton, OH 44721, being permanent parcel number: 52-02919, 52-02920 and 52-00239.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in the terms of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication.
