Case 25-39: 211 Union Street - Request by applicant for Site Plan Review for the renovation of an existing building to accommodate 35 upper-floor apartments at 211 Union Street (Map: 52 Lot: 298) a 9,671+ square foot site zoned as Mixed Use Business (MUB) within the Downtown Business Overlay District. Case 25-40: Solar Energy Systems Ordinance Amendment - Request by City Council that the Planning Board make a recommendation relative to Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances to amend Chapter 9, Section 4000, by inserting Section 4200D. – Solar Energy Systems, including the associated use regulations table, for the purpose of regulating solar energy systems in residential and non-residential -zoned districts.
Case 25-41: Accessory Dwelling Units Revised Ordinance Amendment - Request by City Council that the Planning Board make a recommendation relative to Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances to amend Chapter 9, Section 2340 regarding standards and permitting of Accessory Dwelling Units and associated definitions in Section 1200.
Case 25-42: Parking Requirements Ordinance Amendment - Request by City Council that the Planning Board make a recommendation relative to Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances to amend Chapter 9 relative to parking requirements within Appendices A, B & C for principal use regulations, dimensional regulations and development, and parking and loading requirements, respectively.
Case 25-43: Special Permit Granting Authority and Table of Uses Ordinance Amendment - Request by the City Council that the Planning Board make a recommendation relative to changes proposed to sections 4800, 4900 and 4300 of Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances and to the Appendix A – the Table of Principal Use Regulations regarding the Special Permit Granting Authority for specific uses.
Case 25-44: Citywide Comprehensive Plan – Vote to accept the 2025 Citywide Comprehensive Plan as submitted by the Department of City Planning and reviewed by the City Council and the Office of the Mayor.
