NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
A Site Plan Review (Case File: SP25-014) and Special Permit (Case File: SPP25-004) public hearing will be held by the Stoughton Planning Board in the Great Hall, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. on the petition of the applicant Costco Wholesale Corporation, 45940 Horseshoe Drive, Sterling, VA 20166, represented by Peter Tamm, Esq., Goulston & Storrs PC, One Post Office Square, Boston, MA 02109for Site Plan Review under Section 10.6.2 for a Parking Lot Expansion of 152 parking spaces including alteration to the site circulation, drainage improvements, lighting and landscaping. The Special Permit request is per Section 6.4.7.2 to reduce the required interior parking lot landscaping requirement. The project is located at 120 Stockwell Drive (Assessors Map 92 Lots 22 & 24) in an I (Industrial) Zoning District.
 
The Site Plan Application and plans may be viewed at the office of the Stoughton Planning Board, Engineering Department, Town Hall, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, during normal business hours.
 
The petitioner and/or his representative, or any other persons desiring to be heard on this matter, should appear at the time and place designated.
