60 Proctor Road: Grading Permit
Notice is given by the Planning Board under the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Sections 9 and 11 and the Braintree Zoning Ordinance Chapter 135 Articles III, V, VI, VII, XI and XII that a Public Hearing will be conducted on Wednesday November 12, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. in Braintree Town Hall. The Planning Board will consider an Application for Special Permit (135-1201: Grading Permit) filed by William F. Frazier, Applicant. The Applicant is seeking to construct a new 1,783 +/- s.f. single family dwelling and a 900 s.f. accessory dwelling unit with associated grading, upgraded utility connections, and new drainage system. The proposed grading will remove approximately 129 cubic yards of material, resulting in a total land disturbance of about 11,500 s.f.
The property is located at 60 Proctor Road, Zoned Residence A and B, as shown on Assessors Map 1098 Plot 61A. The total lot size is 0.456 acres.
